GÖTTFERT is one of the leading manufacturers for material testing machines with a global sales and service network. Our product range covers Melt Indexers, Capillary Rheometer, Elongational Rheometers, Elastomer and Rubber Testing Rheometers, Online Process Rheometer, Lab Extruders with self running powder granules feeding, Blown- and Flat Film Units with Analysis functions as well as production Systems with clean room requirements.
Turnkey rheological Solutions, individual application components and fully automated systemes make our supply range complete.
Melt Index Testing - a complete product range from simple Manual Equipment to a fully automatic MFR-Robot system.
Melt - Indexer mi2.2
The mi2 Melt Indexer series can carry out a single weight test according to ISO 1133 and ASTM D1238, procedures B, as well as ISO 1133 and ASTM1238 procedure C for the "Half-Height/Half-Diameter" standard and ASTM D 3364. Also the manual procedure A is possible to perform.
Additional to the basic device mi2.1, the mi2.2 machine is equipped with a electrical weight lifting unit.
The Rheograph 25, 50, 75 and 120 are new designed user-friendly High Pressure Capillary Rheometer with over again enlarged shear rate range, higher test piston force (25, 50, 75 and 120 KN) and a huge variety of options. The new developed Windows database Software allows the parameterisation, the online monitoring as well as the free definable evaluation.
Visco-Elastograph (Rubber Prozess Analyzer)
The Visco-Elastograph (Rubber Prozess Analyzer) is used to determine the viscoelastic material behaviour in plastified state during vulcanisation and after vulcanisation of the material sample. For that purpose, the torsional load is imposed on the sample by the rotational oscillation of the lower test die half. Torque and phase angle are recorded as a function of the test die.
