German gear pumps manufacturer. We offer gear pumps solutions for polymer and chemical industries. Our pumps are used for transfer, metering and increasing pressure tasks for medium to high viscosity media. Increase the capacity of your extrusionline in addition with WITTE melt pumps.

Our wide range of pumps is used for pumping duties, for dosing, for the discharge of melt from the reactor or melt transport in the extrusion process. Melt pumps are particularly suitable for increasing the capacities of your extrusionline.



Products and services

EXTRU Melt pump
Molten mass pumps were designed to be combined with extruders. As pump installed downstream from extruders, such units reduce the natural pulsation and generate the pressure required for the mould. On option, we equip the series EXTRU of molten mass pumps with our proved herringbone gearing. Demanding molten masses are especially smoothly fed.

BOOSTER High pressure pump
The high-pressure pumps are characterised by their robust design and able building up high pressures with medium and highly viscous media. Owing to the special teeth, the pulsation is reduced to minimum and downstream moulds can be reliably supplied with constant product flow, which provides for constant product quality and guarantees invariable grade.

POLY Discharge pump
Discharge pumps are characterised by an extra large inlet to assure uniform product flow to the gearwheels. The pumps can be used in a broad range of applications and work also under extreme conditions such as vacuum or low NPSH-criteria.

EXTRU Melt pump

WITTE molten mass pumps were designed to be combined with extruders. As pumps installed downstream from extruders, these units reduce the natural pulsation and generate the pressure required for the mould.

On option, we equip the series EXTRU of molten mass pumps with our proved herringbone gearing. Especially demanding molten masses are very smoothly fed. The moulds can be uniformly filled without any feed variation.

BOOSTER High pressure pump

The series BOOSTER is frequently used in polymer installations for the built-up of the necessary pressure. The booster pumps impress by extremely robust design and thus, guarantee precise as well as reliable pressure built-up. Particularly with the processing of highly viscous molten polymer masses, these pumps show their advantage. The series BOOSTER is extremely robust.

As for especially demanding media with corrosive and abrasive properties, a wide range of special materials are on option.

POLY Discharge pumps

Discharge pumps of the series POLY are characterised by an extra large inlet to assure uniform product flow to the gearwheels. The pumps can be used in a broad range of applications and work also under extreme conditions such as vacuum or low NPSH-criteria.

WITTE discharge pumps are deliverable in a large variety of modifications. Different inlets are also available like low-NPSH-types or various seals.
